In 2009, Melisa transitioned from using traditional AutoCAD to Revit which provides her with critical tools to create 3D models of the projects we build. The benefits have far surpassed even what we imagined. Having the ability to show a client not only how the massing of their project relates to its site but how individual spaces will tie into an adjacent space, well, that is nothing short of incredible. 3D modeling also provides us with the ability to identify potential spatial issues and construction conflicts before ground breaking takes place which not only streamlines the construction process but minimizes change orders in the field.
